Pastor Chris Okotie Finds New Lover

There are reports that Pastor Chris Okotie of the Household of God Church, Lagos may have found a new lover to keep him warn whenever the weather gets cold. Some reports are suggesting that the man of God, who has divorced more than once, might presently be in love with a light-skinned young lady simply called Delphine in picture above

The interesting thing about the whole thing is that the beautiful lady does not worship at Okotie's church as she is reported to attend another popular church in Lagos.

If this report is true, Delphine might be the next Mrs Okotie, but for now, she might just remain a candidate of the Mrs Okotie 'vacant title'.

But wait a minute, it seems Okotie loves light-skinned ladies.

I Won't Make Noise If I Donate To Save Someone's

Ini Edo has declared that she won't make any noise about donating any money to save the life of someone. The actress stated this while clarifying the recent rumour on her making a donation to save ailing OJB Jezreel.
Ini Edo was rumoured to have given the sum of N2million to the Save OJB Jezreel Campaign, which members of the fundraising committee claimed to be false. The issue generated some controversies which forced Ruggeedman to indirectly describe Ini Edo and some others of being a liar. Apparently reacting to the report, the actress said, "If I decide to donate money to save someone's life, I bet you, you will not read about it on social media. So, stop the false rumour."

Storm Records Denies Folding Up

A source close to the owner of respected music label in Nigeria, Storm Records, Has made it known that the label hasn't folded up as reported is some sections of the online media on Monday.
The source made us believe that the rumour is false and claimed that Storm Records is still operational. Some months ago, one of the company's directors, Olisa Adibua was sacked by Obi Asika. The matter was later taken to the court and as we heard, it has not yet been settled.

Sunday, July 14, 2013 will be the day organisers of the annual City People Awards would announce the winner of the Face of Nollywood category, which is keenly contested by the quartet of Genevieve Nnaji, Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde, Rita Dominic and Funke Akindele-Oloyede.

The category is as important as others, but what makes the Face of Nollywood category to be one of the high points of the awards’ segment is the controversies among fans of the prolific actresses as to who is truly the face of Nollywood among the four nominees.

Another category of the awards is the Musician of The Year (Male) category which has Wizkid, Davido, Ice Prince, Iyanya and Flavour as nominees. The artistes are all qualified to win at the category based on the impact they have had in the music industry in Nigeria.

Another tough category is the Most Popular Song Of The Year. Ihe Neme (2Face Idibia), Limpopo (Kcee), Kukere (Inyanya), Shake Your Bum (Timaya), First of All (Olamide), Go Gaga Crazy (Chuddy K), Alingo (P-Square), Gobe (Davido) and Sho Le (Sean Tizzle) will slug it out in that section of the awards.
There is the Ghana section of the awards, which is also keenly contested.

The event holds at the Haven Event Centre, Ikeja, Lagos.

EME Solder ,Skales Graduates From School

EME Solde , Skales is now a graduate. He just completed his four years course in Lead City University Ibadan Oyo State Nigeria. The music artiste made this known via a short noted posted online along with a picture of himself with some of graduating pals.
Skales announced online recently that, "this is me and ma goons (referring to the posted picture), we just graduated from Uni."
The record label mate of Wizkid studied Office Management at the institution. He has been combining studies with music though he is not presently in the mainstream like Wizkid. But i love the fact that Skales stuck to his academics and dint sacrifice one for the other. Big Ups!

Ekeng Bassey is one of those that has had a less than a easy life. Ekeng Graduated from covenant University some years ago with a B.sc in Mass Communication, and since then, he's being pursuing his career in music and Acting (Tinsel etc ) and bas also dabbled in a few music competitions( Sunday Best BET,Nigeria's Got Talent, etc ). The particular International Competition that would have given him ample exposure was sunday Best 2010 Edition, organized by Kirk Franklin in partnership with BET, but he Was eliminated at the final selection stage. whooooops!!!! Since then we've not heard anything from him, He has indeed been through a lot .

Well, Ekeng has gotten a Fresh contract with the Fresh New DSTV CHANNEL, Ebony TV Channel 165 as one of the major presenters in a show that is going to be lunched today July 1st 2013

Ice Prince picked up the 2013 Best International Act (Africa) Award last Night in Hollywood, California. Well, at least, they didn't call up winners from other continents as well as a few other awards, so that's enough consolation. Ice Prince has worked hard to get to where he is right now, and fully deserves this award. I'm convinced there's lots more to come from Chocolate City's Poster Child. Shout-out to BET for, yet again, recognizing the growth of African music, and Naija music in particular.
