According to a report by daily news , Joana Palhares, 18, and Yunka Mihura, 20, could not hide their love at an evangelical event in Brazil. Both of them had to kiss their right to locking lips goodbye when making out landed them in jail.

A Brazilian congressman and pastor halted an evangelical event in mid-September to order the arrest of both women for their lesbian love.

“Those two girls have to leave here handcuffed” said Pastor Marco Feliciano as he paused his presentation at Glorifica Litoral in São Sebastião, Brazil. “No use trying to run; guards are headed there now. This here isn’t a place where anything goes. It’s the house of God.”

Nollywood actress Kate Henshaw has said that she is very single and quite happy that way for the moment. Henshaw got separated from her husband about two years ago and has insisted that she is content to focus on her career for now.

She said:

“I just decided that, ok, it didn’t work. Next, I had to move on. There is no need holding on to the past – no need holding on to something if it’s not working any more. There is no need flogging a dead horse since it is already lifeless. And when you decide to bury the horse, would you not leave the grave site afterwards? You would go now.

“Anything that happens to you now, that sun would still set, another day would come. So, it’s your choice to either be part of the living or be in the grave yard. And I choose to be alive, enjoy my life and smile at everything that is happening – good or bad. As long as God is with you, things would always be fine with you.

The only son of Tastee Fried Chicken boss, Mrs Olayinka Adebayo, Olubunmi Adebayo has been reported dead.

Olubunmi who before his death was the executive director of TFC gave up the ghost as a result of a brief illness in the U.S where he was flown for treatments.

He is survived by his parents, wife and two Kid. Here is wishing him a wonderful rest in the bossom of the lord.

Stephanie Okereke-Linus is one of Nollywood's 'elephants'. Her link in the Presidency makes her to be respected and honoured in the Nigerian films industry. She is one actress that cannot be played with, especially by those who seek to get the favour from the Presidency.

Music producer, Jesse Jags in a recent interview with Hip hop World magazine was asked about his top three Nigerian artistes and his reply was food for thought for all his colleagues in the music industry.

Here’s what he said:

“My top 3 artistes in Nigeria are me, me, me. No one works harder than me. I would love to see a lot of my colleagues step up their game. This is not a Kendrick thing. You don’t need Jesus to tell you that Nigerian music is unintelligent. Even goats can dance to our music.

Can Jesse Jagz make Nigeria a better place for Wizkid? Can Wizkid do same too? Let adults do better and let kids party. We need to leave something better for the coming generation.”

[ TRAGEDY ]: PASSENGER REPORTEDLY DIES ON LAGOS-ATLANTA BOUND PLANE ( READ )

Tragedy struck yesterday on board a United Airlines flight heading to Atlanta from Lagos. The flight had to be suspended midway after it was discovered that one of the passengers had died during the flight.

The plane reportedly left Lagos at about 11pm yesterday on its way to Atlanta in the United States. However, the death of the passenger, reportedly male, led to a temporary delay of the flight.

Due to the unfortunate incident the plane was reportedly diverted for an emergency landing at Dakar, Senegal where the body was properly wrapped and kept in the toilet of the plane to avoid immediate decomposition or any foul smell for the remaining of the journey.

The United Airlines plane was reported to have finally landed at its destination a few hours ago after a very long delay. The cause of death and the identity of the passenger are still unknown.

Luck ran out on a man alleged to be a pastor of a new generation pentecostal church in Lagos State when he was caught red-handed trying to bury the corpse of a two-year-old girl.

According to police sources, the pastor, Dare Adewole, reportedly of the Christ Gospel Apostolic Church at 32/34 Karimu Ilaka Street in the Egbeda area of the state, was caught by policemen attached to the Idimu area while attempting to bury the remains of the yet unidentified child.

A 25 year old model and video vixen Marie Miller has emerged the overall winner of the 2013 miss earth beauty pageant which took place on Sunday September 22, 2013 at Oriental Hotel, Lekki, Lagos.

The new queen walked away with a N3 million one year salary and a brand new 2013 Toyota Avensis and she will also be representing Nigeria at the Miss Earth pageant world scheduled to hold later on this year.

The third and second runners-up, Amarachi Uwakwe and Damilola Akinsanya, also won an award for Miss Amity, while the first runner-up, Bibowei Kiri Tessy, won the prize for Best Swim Suit.

The event which was co-hosted by Joseph Benjamin and Tope Adeniru had in attendance some Nollywood actors such as Fred Amata, Ejike Asiegbu and Segun Arinze.

Also present were, the national director for Nigeria to the Miss Earth and president of the actors guild of Nigeria, Ibinabo Fiberesima, president of the Association of Movie Producers, Zik Zulu Okafor, producers, Lancelot Imaseun, Charles Novia, Fidelis Duker, amongst others.

A Nigerian, Obabiyi Aisha Ajibola, tearfully prayed and recited Koranic verses as she won a world beauty pageant exclusively for Muslim women in the Indonesian capital Wednesday, a riposte to the Miss World contest that has sparked hardline anger.

The 20 finalists, who were all required to wear headscarves, put on a glittering show for the final of Muslimah World, strolling up and down a catwalk in elaborately embroidered dresses and stilettos.

But the contestants from six countries were covered from head to foot, and as well as beauty they were judged on how well they recited Koranic verses and their views on Islam in the modern world.

Lagosians Are you ready? Fashola launches residents’ registration in Lagos ( READ )

Lagos State Governor, Babatunde Fashola yesterday called on the people of the state to support the move by the state government to ensure the success of the residents’ registration exercise in the state. The governor made the appeal while launching the exercise in Ikeja.

Fashola explained further that the program would enable the government to generate reliable data for planning and development for the welfare of the state and its citizens.

He reportedly said that the exercise was not for tax purposes but to enlarge access of residents to government services.

He was said to have granted a Skype interview to an online portal where he totally debunked the story. Meanwhile sources have revealed that Moses actually impregnated the lady but he is denying the gist because no gospel record label wants to have a gospel singer who is sleeping around while married.

Hear what a source said. “We are sure right now Moses is trying to fix things with the lady he is married to because if they get a divorce his Green card will be revoked and he will be kicked out of the United States and he is going to have to start all over again.
