Our second Hottie is the Sexilicious Jocelyn Dumas .For those of you that don't know her, she is a Ghanaian TV presenter and actress. She was picked as the 2012 face of the Range Rover Evoque in Ghana.she featured in "fine Fine Lady" video by Lynxxx. Every thing about her is Adorable and sexy.
